The Charlottesville Lacrosse Foundation is a 501(c)3 and 509(a)(2) public charity, dedicated to furthering the game of lacrosse in the greater Charlottesville/Albemarle area. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board and depends on parents and players in its supported organizations and teams for both logistical and financial support. The Foundation fulfills its goals through support of local lacrosse clubs, teams, coaches, and individual players-in-need.
Presently, the Foundation proudly supports a developmental academy for motivated, skilled players (fall/winter) and three US Lacrosse boys teams: the U11, U13, and U15 Bolts (spring/summer). It supports the academy, teams, and clubs with varying degrees of charitable support for coaching, field provisions, and team management. Please contact us if you have a lacrosse program, club, and/or team that seeks this type of service and support (email@example.com). We exist to foster collaboration within our community and to bring great incubating lacrosse ideas to fruition!
